Warehouse
Automation
Full Floor Control.
One Command.
Modern warehouses are battlegrounds of competing urgencies. Afternoon dispatch windows close at 3pm. Aisle 7 is running low on SKU-4481. The supplier portal shows a delayed inbound. Three separate systems. Three separate logins. One person trying to keep all of it synchronized while also managing a team.
Billo replaces this fragmented workflow with a single sovereign intelligence layer that connects your WMS, inventory database, carrier integrations, and supplier portals — and responds to natural spoken commands with end-to-end coordinated action. Not alerts. Not dashboards. Action.
Dispatch Day at Northfield Distribution.
"Dispatch the afternoon shipment and flag low stock on aisle 7."
In under 5 seconds, Billo generates and submits the dispatch manifest to the carrier API, marks the orders as fulfilled in the WMS, emails shipment confirmations to the 14 customers in that batch, flags the 3 SKUs on aisle 7 that fall below reorder threshold, creates supplier purchase orders for each flagged item, and logs the entire sequence with timestamps to the operations record.
The floor supervisor spoke one sentence. Billo executed what would have taken a trained logistics coordinator 45 minutes of manual work across four separate software platforms.
WMS & Inventory Integration
Billo connects to your existing Warehouse Management System via API or direct database read access. Inventory levels, bin locations, pick lists, and fulfillment queues become live data sources Billo can query and update in real time. Compatible with SAP, Manhattan, HighJump, and custom WMS platforms.
Carrier & Dispatch Integration
Connect Billo to your carrier accounts (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight brokers) via their shipping APIs. When a dispatch command is issued, Billo generates manifests, books pickups, prints labels, and updates tracking numbers across your systems simultaneously. No manual data entry at any step.
Reorder Threshold Engine
Billo continuously monitors inventory levels against configurable reorder thresholds. When stock falls below the defined minimum, Billo can automatically draft supplier purchase orders, send them for approval, or — with appropriate authorization — submit them directly. Suppliers can be configured as pre-approved for standard reorders.
Voice-Activated Pick Lists
Floor staff can generate, modify, and complete pick lists entirely by voice. "What's on today's afternoon pick list?" returns an itemized list. "Mark bins 4A-22 through 4A-28 as complete" updates fulfillment status across all open orders simultaneously. No handheld scanner required.
Operations Log & Compliance
Every action — dispatch, stock update, supplier order, pick list change — is logged locally with a full timestamp and actor record. The operations log is queryable by voice ("What did we dispatch yesterday afternoon?") and exportable as CSV or PDF for compliance and audit purposes.
// DISPATCH + FULFILLMENT
"Close today's afternoon dispatch window and send tracking confirmations to all customers."
→ Manifest generated · Carrier booked · 23 tracking emails sent · WMS updated
// INVENTORY + PROCUREMENT
"What's our stock position on SKU-4481 and when's the next inbound from Vertex?"
→ Stock level retrieved · Inbound schedule pulled · Days-to-stockout calculated
// EXCEPTION HANDLING
"The Halloway order is short-shipped — update the order, notify the customer, and flag it for re-pick tomorrow."
→ Order status amended · Customer email sent · Re-pick task scheduled · Supervisor notified
Eyes on Every Aisle. Control at Every Node.
Billo's physical intelligence layer turns your warehouse floor into a fully monitored, fully responsive environment. Every camera, conveyor, forklift sensor, dock door, and environmental monitor becomes part of one unified system — observable and commandable in natural language. AI continuously watches the floor so your supervisors can manage outcomes instead of dashboards.

Billo doesn't just watch the floor — it understands it. When a forklift enters a restricted pedestrian zone, Billo issues an immediate audible alert and logs the incident before any human supervisor notices. When cold storage zone B shows a temperature deviation, Billo triggers the backup cooling unit, alerts facilities, and flags affected inventory — all autonomously, in seconds.
AI camera analysis continuously scans for safety violations, blocked emergency exits, and unauthorised zone access. Rather than generating alerts that pile up in a dashboard, Billo resolves them — dispatching the right person, triggering the right protocol, and logging the outcome. The supervisor sees results, not noise.
